are leaning towards a YES. Here are our thoughts. In today’s market, most of the big competitors of the iPad that have developed 7 inch tablets as a potential advisory have fallen flat. Is it that 7 inch tablets are bad? Absolutely not! Could it mean that the market is not ready for a 7 inch tablet that functionally does the same as the larger 9 + inch tablets? Possibly so! If the Kindle Fire does in fact become successful, this could show the current 7 inch tablet makers that their devices are good; however a re-purposing of their use could be in order . Maybe the future 7 inch tablet users will begin to view it as more a consumption device, similar to other same sized devices that sell well, like the Nook. Only time will tell how this how this trend will eventually play out.
